Sarah is Guzman Energy’s Director of Human Resources and Communications. In this role, she oversees all HR and communications functions, including talent management, alignment of people strategy with business goals, workplace culture initiatives, and the company’s internal and external communications strategy.

Before joining Guzman Energy, Sarah served 11 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Force Support Officer, leading HR operations for Air Force personnel.

She holds a BS in English from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and an MA in Writing, Rhetorics & Literacies from Arizona State University. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time in the mountains or visiting the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo with her family.
