Noah LaDigue

Director of Transmission & FTR Trading

Noah is Guzman Energy’s Director of Transmission and FTR Trading, where he leads transmission strategy, congestion risk management, and financial transmission rights trading across multiple markets. He brings a deep understanding of how transmission, market structure, and trading strategy intersect to support reliable and cost-effective power delivery.

Noah’s first exposure to the energy industry was more than 15 years ago at Avangrid Renewables. It was there that he developed a passion for moving and trading megawatts and tackling complex challenges, including managing positions within Avangrid’s “green” balancing authority. His career has also included experience in eastern U.S. power markets, gained while working in Kentucky during his wife’s post-doctoral program.

Noah holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and a master’s degree in Energy Management from Oklahoma City University.

He lives in Denver with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, Noah enjoys exploring Colorado’s mountain towns, hiking, and traveling with his family.
