Michael is Guzman Energy’s In house counsel. In this role, Michael oversees Guzman’s legal work including transactional support, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. Michael started his career as an Associate Attorney with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General and has over a decade of experience in power and utilities through his roles at several retail power suppliers operating throughout deregulated markets in the United States.
Michael holds a B.A. from Yeshiva University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Michael lives in Denver with his wife, Jordana, and two sons, Benji and Theo. When not at work Michael enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
