Allison is in-house counsel for Guzman Energy. She focuses on regulatory compliance, transactional support, and corporate governance matters.

Allison began her legal career in the United States Navy JAG Corps where she spent time as a defense attorney, legal assistance attorney, and in-house counsel for Naval Special Operations. After leaving active duty, Allison served on the Congressional Task Force investigating the assassination attempts on President Trump.

Allison received both her B.A. and J.D. from Brigham Young University and is a member of both the Colorado and Utah Bar Associations. Out of the office, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and reading.
