As Director of Power Supply, Alex is responsible for prospecting, conducting due diligence, driving commercial negotiations, and closing new long-term power supply agreements with developers and conducting research for Guzman Energy’s self-development projects.

Alex enjoys collaborating with developers, visiting job sites, diving into the complexity of interconnection processes, and anticipating and mitigating risks.

Prior to joining Guzman Energy, Alex worked in product management at a Fortune 150 company, Danaher Corporation, and served six years on active duty as an infantry officer in the United States Army. Alex earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Alex lives in Fort Collins, CO with his spouse Brittany, three gregarious children, and four (!) cats.
