Juan Cappellin has been with Guzman Energy since 2015, growing into a leadership role over nearly a decade. Juan’s role includes structuring and pricing contracts, resource planning, and financial modeling through advanced tools like PLEXOS.

Juan’s academic background includes a Master’s in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. He also holds a LEED GA certification, emphasizing his commitment to environmentally responsible practices.

Outside of work, Juan dedicates time to serving on the board of a nonprofit and enjoys going back to his roots in Venezuela. In his free time, he loves bass fishing, finding solace in the outdoors and connecting with nature.
